We are your partner in your child’s education and look forward to having you join our Tiger Family!
Please note:
- Enrollment forms must be filled out for each child you are enrolling.
- Please print single-sided. Why? Individual forms go to different departments.
Having this process go as smoothly as possible is our goal and we appreciate you working with us.
Once enrollment is complete, your child will be assigned a teacher within two to three school days.
