Freshman Study Tips
Freshman Study Tips: The transition from middle school to high school can be a challenge for any student. Schedules change, courses are clearly more rigorous, and students are held accountable for their academic and social progress. There are extracurricular activivies and social standards that our students also must learn to balance. This part of my website is meant to assist students in learning to balance academics with the other aspects of high school, particularly with Freshmen, share tips for surviving 9th grade, and links to help students with the demands of reading in each subject area. http://www.quintcareers.com/first-year_success.html http://www.regentsreviewlive.net/ http://homeworktips.about.com/od/preparingforcollege/bb/freshman.htm http://stress.about.com/od/studentstress/Students_and_Stress_Study_Habits_Organization_Skills_Stress_Help.htm http://www.essortment.com/family/parentingadvice_tqkg.htm
