Education begins with the simple phrase, "I don't know." 

Beyond the basics, students will need 21^st century skills to survive and thrive in the future. They will have to know how to think critically, apply knowledge to new situations, analyze information, understand new ideas, communicate effectively, collaborate, solve problems, and make decisions.

As teachers, we are always looking for ways to help students acquire these new skills while they also address NCLB mandates. My role as Educational Technologist is dedicated to assisting you as a trainer, mentor or coach in delivering technology solutions that allow students to explore new ways and to learn new skills and use the tools that engage them.
