Drawing and Painting
Studio Drawing and Painting is a year long course intended to build and refine techniques on a two dimensional surface. The first half of the year will focus mainly on drawing techniques and concepts. We will work from real life observation as well as from our imagination to generate a variety of works. Later in the year we will begin painting and color theory. Students will look at well known artists and art movements as the inspiration for their work.
