Intermediate School Physical Education
Philosophy: In Hudson Falls, the Physical Education Program endeavors to guide students in positive directions, enabling them to develop competence and confidence in physical abilities. It is our belief that this competence and confidence will eventually culminate in a desire to participate regularly in physical activity because it has become an enjoyable part of their lives as children and young adults. Expectations: ? When others TALK, we LISTEN ? We show good SPORTSMANSHIP and ENCOURAGE one another ? We RESPECT each other ? We take CARE of OUR equipment ? We ALWAYS try our BEST and LEARN Friendly Reminders ? Properly fitting sneakers are necessary to participate in physical education. ? Jewelry is not to be worn during physical education class. (including bracelets, watches, rubber bands, necklaces, rings, and earrings) ? Special Interest: Loop, dangling, or oversized earrings are to be removed prior to the start of physical activity. ? For newly pierced ears: (Stud earrings will be allowed)
