Welcome to the Academy for Success!  This is the GED preparation program located at Hudson Falls Senior High School.  The Academy for Success provides instruction to Hudson Falls students in the morning session and South Glens Falls students in the afternoon session.  Students will work toward developing academic skills in language arts - reading and writing, math, science and social studies that will prepare them for one of the five regionally scheduled exams either in Queensbury or Saratoga Springs.  (Use link to New York State Education Department for exact dates and other information.)

Mrs. Shea

Kimberley Shea holds a B.A in Fine Arts from Syracuse University.  Mrs. Shea's Master's of Science in Teaching - Adolescence Social Studies (7-12) was granted through the State University of New York - Plattsburgh.  She is the proud mom of a recent graduate from Colby College with a B.A. in  Biology and Chemistry and a senior Medieval English Literature major at Catholic University of America.  She and her husband and their rainbow assortment of Labrador Retrievers live in Salem.
