I hate this guy. Did you know that the caricature above actually originated as a British slur towards the Irish race? So how did it become a culturally acceptable representation of "Irishness?" In World History we will learn about all kinds of interesting stuff that will get you ready for the state exam in June but more importantly, increase your desire to learn more about the most important subject- history. I also teach two electives in American History- an archaeology class and a WW II elective in which we maintain an oral history website that gets hits from all over the world. I am working on this [new] site as time allows. I still have an extensive website on the old server. So while it still exists and we work on updating this domain, I will direct you to some of the sites of interest below. (I am the webmaster for all but the first two.)
