Jennifer Haviland-Eduah (advisor)
This Fall, Hudson Falls High School embarked on a new endeavor by joining together with many other local schools, as well as the National Coalition Building Institute to increase awareness of and acceptance for differences in ourselves and those around us. NCBI is an International, Non-Profit organization designed to help schools, workplaces and other public facilities eliminate discrimination, racism and many other degrading things towards others. This leadership organization is based in Washington D.C., since 1984. This organization provides high school students and their teachers with training and support to create a welcoming environment all around us. NCBI stresses key values such as mutual respect, elimination of stereotypes, prejudice, discrimination, and most of all, trust and acceptance. For more information, please email Mrs. Haviland-Eduah. or visit their site at NCBI
