Cool Schools
Students will conduct this cooperative project in order to learn about carbon emissions made by schools as they work with teachers to reduce reuse and recycle.  The ultimate goals of this project are to allow students to recognize the impact of financial and personal decisions upon money.

    xls Carbon Calculator (xls file - 4.75 MB)
    In order to use this calculator you will need to make a couple of changes. First open the file. It will likely show up in a minimized form. Use your cursor to go to the corner of the table (you'll see the double sided arrow) and drag it to make the table smaller. Then click and drag the whole table to the left until you can see teh minimize, maximize buttons in thetop right corner adn select maximize. Then save this to your folder.
