Eye on the Sky
It is that time of year again when we all have to be prepared for winter weather conditions. Please take a minute to review where to obtain information on potential weather related emergencies.
School closings, delayed openings and early dismissals resulting from weather conditions or other situations will be posted on the homepage of the school website, as well as local news outlets, and on Facebook, X, and Instagram. The district also makes use of our ParentSquare automated communications system. To ensure you receive the messages, please contact our district registrar at (518) 681-4534 to update your contact information.
Parents can also visit Closing and Delays information under Parent Resources in the upper right hand corner of the website for delay schedules and more.
Community 5K and Run 4 Kids
The Hudson Falls Teachers’ Association and the Hudson Falls Rotary Club have teamed up once again to bring back some of our best Hudson Falls traditions for the fourth consecutive year. The Operation Santa 5K and The Tony Luciano Run will take place on Sunday, November 16, 2025 at 10 a.m. at the Hudson Falls High School Franklin St. entrance. The kids fun run will take place on the Franklin Street circle prior to the 5K at 9:45 a.m. Proceeds from the event will benefit Operation Santa and the HF Rotary Club scholarship fund.
Runners and walkers may register online at HF Run 4 Kids 5K Registration Page (zippy-reg.com) or you can register on the day of the race beginning at 8:30 a.m. If you are not feeling up to walking or running you can still join the festivities, cheer on the contestants and support worthy causes including student organizations operating concessions.
