Some big changes are coming to your students’ cafeteria. But odds are, parents will be the ones to notice the difference first! Beginning on January 1st, Hudson Falls CSD will begin using Titan to process payments and student accounts.
“Anyone going through the line for a meal or snack will walk up and enter their PIN at the cash register, same as always,” said School Nutrition Services Director Cait Drysdale. “The biggest change will be how much easier it will become for parents to add money to their child’s account, and to track what their children are buying.”
Parents can still send a check or cash with their student to purchase a snack. But now they can also sign up for a free account on Titan’s website, and add money using a credit or debit card. The website also gives parents a peek into exactly what their students are buying with the money.
And now, parents can create one account and add multiple children to it. That means they can add money to all their kids accounts at once.
The switch to Titan also means that our free and reduced lunches application is getting easier. What was once a paper application is now a quick and easy online form.
