Before you toss your old costumes or head to the store to buy a new one, plan to participate in the Family Resource Center’s family costume exchange.
A costume swap is a great way to reuse gently-used kid’s Halloween costumes and dress-up clothes and save parents a lot of money! Here are some basic rules for the swap:
- Accepting all sizes of costumes from infant to elementary school-aged
- MUST be gently worn/used with no visible tears or stains
- If you would not take it in a swap, then it’s probably not swap-able!
We are asking families to send in costumes to school. We will be collecting costumes until October 16th. The costume exchange will occur Wednesday, October, 16th in the Primary School Cafeteria from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Costumes are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
