Middle School Journalism Club
This year, the Middle School Journalism Club has taken on the exciting task of producing news videos throughout this year to report on student events, sports, and important announcements across the school. The team works hard each week to gather information, write their news scripts, film, edit, and design layouts for their videos. The on-screen team includes 8th grade anchors, Brynn, Greta, Kylie, Andrew, Kaeson and Sam. Behind the scenes, 6th graders Landon and Griffin help to film and produce the videos, while 8th graders Rowan and Trent assist with editing and design. Other members of the team, such as 6th graders Brielle and Destiny work to set up mics, arrange the set, conduct interviews, film segments, and more. Check out their brilliant work in creating the very first student-run news channel from HFMS!
