Universal Pre-K Call for Proposals
The Hudson Falls CSD, hereinafter referred to as “the District,” invites proposals (“RFP”) from qualified agencies (The Agency) to administer the District’s Universal Pre Kindergarten (Pre-K) Program for the 2026-2027 school year, with an option to renew for the 2027-2028, 2028-2029, 2029-2030 and 2030-2031 school years. The District is seeking the Agency to provide the site and run the entire program.
The Hudson Falls CSD is a high-performing rural school district serving a highly diverse population of approximately 2,102 students, pre-kindergarten through 12th grade.
PROPOSAL DUE DATE Proposals will be accepted up until TIME on APRIL 30, 2026, in the Business Office, 80 East LaBarge Street, Hudson Falls, NY 12839, and mailed to the attention of Kevin Polunci, Executive Director of Business & Human Resources.
PRE-PROPOSAL QUESTIONS All questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Kevin Polunci - kpolunci@hfcsd.org no later than 3:00 PM, April 15th, 2026. All questions and answers will be posted on hfcsd.org no later than April 26th, 2025 TIME 3:00 PM.
