Buildings and Grounds
The building and grounds department is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the district’s six buildings. They have three primary areas of responsibility throughout the district: custodial services, maintenance services, and health and safety.
The staff works around the clock to provide for clean facilities, maintained mechanical services, and a safe, secure environment for all staff and students.

NEW FACILITY USE GUIDELINES
We've updated our facility use guidelines to better serve our community. Please review the new procedures below before scheduling your next event.
- Hudson Falls Central School District activities take priority over outside requests.
- Submit requests in advance.
- Complete a facility use application or register for a new account below.
- Insurance certificates and signed waivers need to be provided. The request will not be approved until documents have been provided.
- The person in charge of any after-school program, event, or performance attended by non-students must inform attendees of emergency evacuation procedures at the beginning of each session. These procedures can be found here.
- Youth sports are required to have an AED on premises for all activities conducted on school property. Youth sports must also ensure that a CPR-qualified person is on-site at all times during your event. Hudson Falls Central School District is not responsible for providing an AED or a certified person for these events. The request will not be approved until the required documents are provided.
