MaryJane Mazurak (Valedictorian)

MaryJane Mazurak is the daughter of Melissa and Jeffrey Mazurak. She has been student council president both her junior and senior year, and is also the Science National Honor Society president, the Spanish National Honor Society treasurer, the National Honor Society secretary, and an active member of Roots and Shoots. She has been enrolled in the Science Research program since her sophomore year, and has conducted her research on shifting pollination patterns of honey bees. She has recently earned her NYS Seal of Biliteracy in English and Spanish. MaryJane has participated in recreational dance and competition dance all throughout high school. MaryJane is attending SUNY Geneseo with a double major in business and a science related field.

Kenadie Hastings (Salutatorian) 

Kenadie Hastings is the daughter of Jonathan Hastings and Mary VanDerwerken. She is  the president of the National Honor Society, secretary of the Spanish National Honor Society, and has been treasurer of the student council both her junior and senior year. She is an active member of the Science National Honor Society, Spanish club, and chamber orchestra. She has been enrolled in the Science Research program since her sophomore year, and has conducted her research on the effects of pollutants on roundworms cognitive function. Kenadie has participated in orchestra all four years of high school and the HOBY youth leadership program in 2023. She has earned her Seal of Biliteracy in Spanish and English, and mastery in both math and science. After graduation, Kenadie will be attending Northeastern University and majoring in bioengineering.

Jazzmin Lanfear

Jazzmin Lanfear is the daughter of Paul and Gina Lanfear. Throughout high school, she pursued her passion in animal care through the Horse Care program at WSWHE BOCES, where she earned her Equine Science Certificate. As part of that experience, she completed an internship at an equine therapy center to learn the healing bond between humans and horses. After graduation, she plans to attend SUNY Adirondack for a degree in liberal arts science, then transfer to SUNY Plattsburgh to get her bachelor’s degree in psychology.

Mya Nolan 

Mya Nolan is the daughter of Laura Nolan. She serves as the National Honor Society treasurer, FFA Vice President, president of the basketball club, treasurer of the volleyball club, and a member of the Science National Honor Society. Mya has participated in basketball and volleyball all four years of high school and held the position of captain of the basketball team her senior year. After high school, she will attend UConn, majoring in animal science on a pre-veterinary track. After graduation, she hopes to go to Ross University for her doctorate in veterinary medicine.

Norah Miles

Norah Miles is the daughter of Jason and Justine Miles. She has been an active member of the National Honor Society since junior year. Norah has also participated in track & field for two years, choir for six years and band for eight years. After graduation, she plans to attend Siena College and major in criminal justice. After graduating from Siena College she plans to attend Albany Law School and become a lawyer.

Danica Liebig

Danica Liebig is the daughter of Sue and Matthew Liebig. She is secretary of the volleyball club, a member of FFA, and a captain for the lacrosse team. Danica has played volleyball all four years of high school, three years of lacrosse, and one year in indoor track & field.  Danica plans on attending SUNY Oswego to majoring in biology. After she receives her degree she will complete her schooling to become an aquatic veterinarian.

Riley Eggleston

Riley Eggleston is the daughter of  Richard Eggleston II and Sheila Eggleston. She is graduating early. Riley is a member and president of Thespian Society, and has participated in musical theater for all three years of high school. She has earned her NYS Seal of Biliteracy for French and English, her Seal of Civic Readiness, and will be graduating with an advanced regents diploma. Riley will be attending Suny Adirondack to major in nursing, where she will also continue her journey in musical theater.

Chloe Miles

Chloe Miles is the daughter of Jason and Justine Miles. During high school she  played lacrosse for two years, and was in the choir for six years. She is a member of the National Honor Society.  After graduation Chloe is attending SUNY Adirondack to earn her associates degree  in business administration with a minor in horticulture, She plans to transfer to SUNY Cobleskill for her bachelor’s degree.

Matthew LeClaire

Matt LeClaire is the son of Anthony LeClaire and Rebecca LeClaire. He is a member of both the National Technical Honor Society and the National Honor Society. Matt has been in emergency services for three years and plans to continue volunteering for EMS and FIRE. He will be graduating with an advanced Regents degree. After graduation, Matt will attend SUNY Adirondack, where he plans to major in cybersecurity. He will then pursue a bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity and an associate’s degree in paramedicine at SUNY Canton.

Madelyn LaPan

Madelyn LaPan is the daughter of Marc and Laura LaPan. She has participated in the varsity swim team, varsity track & field  team, student council, orchestra, FFA and Girl Scouts in the past. She is currently a part of the National Honor Society and the Hudson Falls choraliers. She has danced at the Bolton Dance Academy for 11 years and has been a member of the New York State High School Rodeo Association for four years. Madelyn has been in the Hudson Falls Science Research Program for three years, conducting her research called “The Effect of Age on Social Interactions of Children with Tourette Syndrome; A Comparison Study.” She is going to graduate with her Seal of Civic Readiness. She will be graduating with an honors Regents diploma. After high school, Madelyn will be attending SUNY Oneonta, majoring in psychology and possibly minoring in business administration.

Mya Strong

Mya Strong is the daughter of Tom Strong Jr and Wendy Smith. She has been a member of the National Honor Society for the last two years. Mya has participated in varsity softball and varsity tennis all four years of high school along with indoor track & field her senior year. Mya is also a part of the varsity club and participated in the outdoors club her sophomore year. She will be attending Utica University with plans to study sports management in hopes of becoming an athletic director.  Mya will also be playing Division 3 softball while attending college.

Tara Byrne

Tara Byrne is the daughter of Victoria Morgan and John Byrne. She has been the president of the choir for two years, the vice president of the orchestra during her senior year, the treasurer of Roots and Shoots, the environmental club, since her sophomore year, and acts as the class of 2025 treasurer for her senior year. Tara has been a member of the National Honor Society for the past year and has been an active member of the student council since her sophomore year. She recently earned her New York State Seal of Biliteracy in English and Spanish. Outside of school, Tara is a proud member of multiple community theatres and has performed with them throughout her school years. She has danced with the Bolton Dance Academy since seventh grade and plans to continue with dance in the future. Tara will be attending the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in the fall, pursuing musical theatre.

Valeria Lopez

Valeria is the daughter of Carlos Lopez and Ana Palafox. Throughout high school she participated in various clubs and activities including two years of art club, photography club, spanish club, choir for one year, two years of drama club, three years of student council, and is a member of the Thespian Society and the National Honor Society. While in drama club she worked as stage manager for Bye Bye Birdie and The Sound of Music. She also had artwork on display at the Hyde Museum in Glens Falls. Valeria was the first to achieve the NYS Seal of Biliteracy with a Tri-Literacy designation for English, French, and Spanish and will be attending SUNY Adirondack for hospitality.

Emma Bradley

Emma is the daughter of David and Sonia Bradley. She has been a member of the FFA for three years and is a member of the National Honor Society. Emma is graduating early, and plans on attending Paul Mitchell School for Cosmetology.

Benjamin Andrejkovics

Ben Andrejkovics is the son of Heidi and John Andrejkovics. He has participated in choir for five years, and orchestra for nine years. Ben has also participated in chamber orchestra and string quartet. This past year, Ben was the cello section leader in the orchestra. Ben is a member of the National Honor Society, and a member of Boy Scouts of America. After graduation, Ben plans on attending St Bonaventure University, where he plans to obtain a degree in sports media.

Payton Wolfe

Payton Wolfe is the daughter of Meg and Ryan Wolfe. She has been an active member of the National Honor Society since junior year. Payton has participated in band for all four years of high school, choir for three years, as well as ski club throughout. She has also participated in a career exploration program through SUNY Adirondack. After graduation, Payton plans to pursue a future in business and real estate.

Kaitlyn Bogardus

Kaitlyn is the daughter of Dawn and Chris Bogardus. She is a member of both the National Honor Society and the National Technical Honor Society. She will be graduating from WSWHE BOCES Southern Adirondack Education Center with her CNA certification. After graduation, Kaitlyn will attend SUNY Adirondack and major in nursing, after which she plans to attend SUNY Plattsburgh to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Miko Viduya

Miko is the son of Kristoffer Viduya and Lee Anne Ocampo. He has participated in six years of choir, five years of track & field, three years of soccer, two years of quiz bowl, and one year of indoor track & field. He is currently employed as a team lead at Tidal Wave. Miko plans to explore the trades after graduation.

Lexus Boyer

Lexus Boyer is the daughter of Sharon and Craig Olden, and Patrick Boyer. She is a member of the National Technical Honor Society. She played both soccer and track & field during her freshman and sophomore years. She was also a member of the school band during her freshman and sophomore years and participated in the marching band during her sophomore year. She will be attending St. Bonaventure University in the fall, majoring in communication, social justice, and advocacy. She plans to earn her law degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law and become a criminal defense attorney and work in New York City.

Mary Grace Hayes

Mary Grace is the daughter of Jason and Jennifer Hayes. She is the 2025 class secretary, and has been in the National Honor Society since her junior year. She has participated in varsity competitive and game day cheerleading for three years, She was the cheer team captain her senior year. She has participated in choir for three years, performing in the spring and winter concerts annually, Her extracurriculars have included theater backstage coordination her freshman year, student council for all four years, Roots and Shoots all four years, and participated in American Legion Girls State in 2024, and HOBY youth leadership in 2023. After graduation, she will attend Marist University to study biological sciences. She’ll spend her freshman year at their Florence, Italy campus through the Freshman Abroad program.

Noah Albrecht

Noah Albrecht is the son of Tom and Becky Albrecht. During his high school years, he participated in varsity soccer, varsity hockey, and varsity lacrosse. Noah is a member of the National Honor Society. Noah participated in band for two years and was in choir for one year. Outside of school Noah was a leader in Boy Scouts for two years and was a member for six years. Noah plans to work for Hilltop Construction after graduating high school.

Madison Sawyer

Maddie Sawyer is the daughter of Ashley and Shannon Sawyer. She is a member of the National Honor Society.  Maddie participated in both tennis and softball throughout all four years of high school and held a position as captain for both teams. She is a member of the varsity club and president of the softball club.  She will be attending the University of New Haven, where she will study nutrition sciences through their competitive dual degree program, allowing her to earn a master’s degree and become a licensed dietitian. She will also be playing Division 1 softball for the Chargers.

Alivia Fish

Alivia is the daughter of Stephanie Lancette and Eric Fish. Throughout her high school years, Alivia has been a dedicated and well-rounded student. She has been a committed member of the band for all four years and participated in choir for one year. Academically, she enrolled in the PTECH program at the start of high school and advanced into the ECCA program, focusing on IT networking and cybersecurity. Athletically, Alivia has shown strong dedication, playing softball all four years and competing in varsity swimming and varsity indoor track & field.  She is also recognized as an honorary member of the National Honor Society. After graduation, Alivia will be enlisting in the United States Navy, where she plans to pursue a career in the military.

Rylan Walker

Rylan Walker is the daughter of Rebecca Shields and Kieron Walker. She is a member of both the National Honor Society and the Science National Honor Society.  Rylan participated in volleyball all four years holding the captain position her junior and senior year.  She participated in track & field for three years as well.  She has also been involved with orchestra and choir all four years of high school and student council for two years. Outside of school, Rylan spends her time volunteering with the Queensbury EMS Junior Squad and coaching the 12U Tiger Elite volleyball team.  After graduation , Rylan will attend SUNY Canton to major in criminal investigation and further train to become a licensed EMT.  She will also be playing for the SUNY Canton women’s volleyball team.

Katherine Cheney

Katherine is the daughter of Mark and Paula Cheney. Katherine competed on the outdoor and indoor track teams for two years, as well as the trap shooting team. Katherine was the Vice President of the FFA her junior year. She also participated in student council her freshman and sophomore year. She has been a part of a career exploration program through Adirondack Community College. Katherine is graduating with her advanced Regents diploma. After graduation, she is attending SUNY Adirondack for a degree in liberal arts. She hopes to pursue a career in the veterinary field.

Conner Lantz 

Conner Lantz is the son of Heather Jones and William Lantz.  He is a member of the National Honor Society and  National Technical Honor Society. He has played on the football and baseball teams for all four years of high school. Outside of school, he volunteers with Queensbury EMS and coaches a rec flag football team. Conner plans to attend SUNY Adirondack this fall, majoring in physical education, and then transfer to SUNY Cortland to earn a bachelor’s degree in the same field.

Caleb Smith

Caleb Smith is the son of Laura Smith and James Smith. He is a member of the National Honor Society. Caleb is a dedicated violinist and has been a member of both the Chamber Orchestra and the Saratoga Youth Symphony throughout high school. He is dual enrolled in the Early College Career Academy’s Information Technology program. This fall, Caleb will attend Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona, where he will major in aerospace engineering.

Margaret Selleck

Margaret Selleck is the daughter of Leslee Casner and James Selleck.  She has been an active member of both the National Honor Society and the National Technical Honor Society throughout her junior and senior year.  She will be graduating from the WSWHE BOCES Southern Adirondack Education Center with her refrigeration license, OSHA 10 hour, and HVAC excellence certificate.  Margaret will also be graduating with an advanced Regents diploma and NYS Seal of Civic Readiness.  She has been participating in an internship for most of her senior year and plans to continue with the same internship over the summer.  After graduation Margaret plans to work as a HVAC technician.

Kerry Gregory

Kerry Gregory is the daughter of Elizabeth and Matthew Gregory. She is a member of the National Honor Society and the Vice President of Science National Honor Society. She has been an active member of student council, student government, and drama club throughout high school while participating in choir and band since fifth grade and attending the Castleton Honors Festival along with jazz band. Kerry has been the Roots & Shoots Environmental Conservation club president since sophomore year, and plans to follow this path by attending the University of Vermont and majoring in environmental science with a focus in ecology, policy, and sustainability.

Jessica Donlon

Jessica Donlon is the daughter of Staci and Matthew Donlon. She has been an active member of the National Honor Society and student council her junior and senior years. She participated in FFA her junior year and band her freshman and sophomore years. She has also participated in volleyball and choir throughout all four years of high school. After graduation Jessica plans to attend SUNY Adirondack to receive her associates degree in computer science and afterwards plans to transfer and receive her bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Jenna Dunbar

Jenna Dunbar is the daughter of Jeff and Amy Dunbar. She has been the President of FFA during her  junior and senior years, along with Vice President of the National Honor Society, Vice President of the Spanish National Honor Society, and Treasurer of the Science National Honor Society during her senior year. She has been enrolled in the Science Research Program since her sophomore year, researching the use of supplements across various equine disciplines in the United States. Outside of school, Jenna has been a part of the New York State High School Rodeo Association and served as Student President her senior year. In the fall, Jenna will attend Southern Arkansas University to major in ag business and compete on the Rodeo Team.
