Section 211 Waiver of Retirement and Social Security Law
Please note that the State Education Department has approved Richard Santerre for temporary employment as a long term substitute Math Teacher at the Hudson Falls Central School District from October 3, 2018 through December 14, 2018. Richard Santerre has been approved under Section 211 of Retirement and Social Security Law and §80-5.5 of Commissioners Regulations and the per diem rate for this position is $275. With this waiver Richard Santerre has the right to continue to receive their pension as well as the agreed upon compensation while employed by Hudson Falls Central School District for the specified duration of the waiver granted by the New York State Education Department.
