A Special Message From Principal Bennefield

Dear High School Families,

Starting on Monday, October 24th the auditorium entrance will be closed down so that demolition and construction can start for the new secured entry.  Starting on that date all students and visitors will be directed to use the gym entrance.  This includes students who arrive late to school.  The desk and the receptionist at the desk will be moved to the gym entrance as well.  This change should not have a large impact on our day to day operation, but I wanted to make you aware of this change so you can adjust accordingly.

This is the first of several projects that will be done at the high school this year.  Later in the school year construction will begin on the auditorium, the library and several bathrooms.  Although projects of this scope can be inconvenient at times, the end result will give our students the best possible learning environments that will be utilized by students and families for decades to come.  This is truly an exciting time for the school district.  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me at (518) 747-2121 extension 4200.

Sincerely,

James Bennefield

Principal
