This week we honor two athletes who have excelled on the diamond! Take Aiden Gillis. The sophomore plays pitcher on the Varsity Baseball team. His coach nominated him after an impressive seven-inning outing against Schuylerville. The Tigers went on to beat the Black Horses 2-1 in the game.
Next, we spotlight Junior Olivia Lewis. She plays on the varsity softball team. Last week, she was a monster at the plate, with a .400 batting average, going 2-5 at bat. She also was a huge factor in the field, with seven put-outs and two assists.
