In addition to continuing the work towards the Board’s 2021-2022 Goals the following has been added as a Board Goal.
Strategic Planning
- With the Superintendent, choose a consultant to aid in shaping the District’s multi-year strategic plan.
- With the Superintendent, promote the engagement of stakeholder groups through surveys and various in person and virtual focus groups to solicit feedback to aid in shaping the District’s multi-year strategic plan.
