Happy Friday to all! Today was a Superintendent Conference Day, so students had the day off. While our students are away, our teachers, support staff, and administrators will be participating in a full day of professional development. This day gives us the opportunity for specific training, group discussions, team building activities and other collaborative experiences to improve student learning outcomes.
Hudson Falls Presents The Sound of Music
Our High School Drama Club is preparing for their first show in the new auditorium! The “Foothills of the Adirondacks” will be alive with The Sound of Music onstage Friday, March 22 & Saturday, March 23, at 7:00 p.m.; and Sunday, March 24, at 2:00 p.m. Tickets cost $10 and are available for purchase here. You will be able to reserve your seats after purchase.
High School Culture Fair
Please join us on Friday, March 15 at the Hudson Falls High School from 6:00-8:30 p.m. for an evening of art, music and food. Students will be showcasing their public products following research specific to French and Spanish culture. Our students have been working hard on their cultural projects and are excited to show what they have been learning! This is open to the public and a fun opportunity for the entire family.
Hudson Falls VEX Team to Compete at States
On March 9, our Middle School VEX team will compete in the New York-North Blended VEX IQ State Championship! The event will be held in the Queensbury High School and begins at 7:30 a.m. Come out and support our teams! The winners will have the opportunity to qualify for the world championship event held in Dallas, Texas during May.
