The final week of the school year is upon us and I would like to remind everyone that the final three days will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The elementary buildings will conclude with half days Tuesday and Wednesday and secondary buildings will finish up with their testing schedule. Graduation will be 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 28 and an announcement will be made on Wednesday morning about the location being the gymnasium or the football field.
Medication Pickup
Parents and guardians need to pick up any medication(s) that the school is holding. Parents should buzz the main office and identify the child/children that they are picking up medication for. Please note: Health Office staff are not permitted to release medication to students. Medication pickup will take place on Monday, June 23, and Tuesday, June 24. UPK through 5 can pick up from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 6 through 12 grades can pick up from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Any medications not picked up by close of day on June 25 will be destroyed.
Senior Celebration
Our senior class of 2025 visited all of the Hudson Falls school buildings to share the excitement of graduation with students, teachers, and staff. The senior tour day has become a favorite day for everyone as elementary students offer high fives, teachers and staff give hugs to former students and everyone cheers.
Safe Summer
Public health organizations have put together resources to ensure that families can enjoy a safe Summer and raise awareness about certain activities. This Summer safety bundle can be accessed at the following link: Safe Kids Capital Region.
HFCSD Rec Offerings
With the Summer almost here check out the HFCSD Recreation programs available. There are many great options including: Summer field trips, sports camps, Community Pool hours and so much more. It is a great way to keep kids active throughout the Summer.
