Talking HF Tigers 3/25

Hello Tiger Family,

Each year at the National Honor Society Ceremony, HFCSD recognizes our Wall of Distinction inductees. This tradition honors highly successful graduates who have gone on to distinguished careers in various fields, or who have become role models in the community. The Wall also demonstrates to students and the community the caliber of students produced by the Hudson Falls School District.

Do you know of someone that would be of inspiration and embodies these qualities?  Please consider nominating them for the November 2022 ceremony. Application deadlines are due no later than Friday, April 15.

A reminder that we are excited to be inducting our National Honor Society students at 11 a.m. on Sunday, April 3 in the auditorium

Also, we are happy to announce that our spring sports are up and running!   For a full schedule of games, please visit the Athletics Schedule. Our youngest students have spring sports opportunities as well. This year, after a short hiatus, little league baseball and youth softball are up and running along with our Rec Program.  For more information on little league, please visit leagues.bluesombrero.com/hudsonfallsll. And for softball, please visit their Facebook page or email hfgirlssoftball@gmail.com

Lastly, as COVID cases continue to decline, we ask that our school community members remain vigilant. We have COVID tests available to anyone in the community. It’s best to have them on-hand if and when you need them to screen yourself, or family members, to help keep our cases down. Please contact Mrs. Henzel in the District Office at (518) 681-4124, or email questions@hfcsd.org if you would like to obtain a test kit.

I am looking forward to seeing our actors take to the stage this weekend in The Drowsy Chaperone and as they say in show biz, break a leg! Click here for information on how to attend.

Sincerely,

Dan Ward, Superintendent
